Professional Philosophy:
Fail forward. Don’t make the same mistake twice. Collaborate. Empower. Apologize. Be brilliant. Celebrate brilliance in others. You can’t be perfect at everything, but you can build a team that’s awfully close. Make the world better. Just because it has always been done that way, doesn’t mean it should be.

Background Info:
I am a small business strategist intrigued by the unique opportunities for small local businesses. I have worked with film, marketing, retail, finance, and consumer products companies. Today I strive to bring actionable, relevant, cost effective solutions to small businesses.

I was educated in an interdisciplinary environment which has equipped me well for work with small businesses where conventional disciplines are undefined and irrelevant. I learned a good deal of what I know at a failed start-up called Sassy Tails, read more here. I will be forever grateful to Kim Madden (founder of Sassy Tails) for taking a chance on me and teaching me what true leadership looks like.
